Zumba Toning


Let’s start with the Zumba Toning. This is also a Dance fitness combination class. When you try this class you will feel that this speciality programme really raises the level when it comes to toning and sculpting your body.

Toning sticks, which look like maracas are used to enhance the rhythm and work all the target zones, such as chest, back, thighs, biceps, triceps and abs.

For the best results you should combine Zumba toning with any other type of Zumba class as this will help you to burn more calories, therefore you will lose more weight and faster. It also helps to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and heart diseases.

Zumba Kids and Kids Jr is a type of Zumba class that is designed specifically for children. Zumba kids is designed for children from the age of 7 to 11 years old, and Zumba Jr is for 4 to 6 year olds.

All the moves are adapted not only for educational purposes but also according to their bone and muscle structure, which is still developing.

They begin to learn the Basic Steps for Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton and many more rhythms.

They also begin to master some of the Hip-Hop dance moves seen on many music videos.

Zumbini is a music and movement class designed for children from 0 to 3 years, to attend with their parents. The class is fun and energetic, full of contemporary music with world beats.

The aim is to introduce music and movement to the children at a young age and all over the world parents bond with their babies through music whether it is by rocking and swinging them to sleep or by singing their favourite lullaby song.

We all know that children thrive on music so it is definitely one of the best ways to enhance early childhood development.

Rhythmic instruments and scarves will be used to enhance the rhythm and feel of the music.

It is scientifically proven that music helps to stimulate the phonological processing, spoken language and comprehension skill.

It also helps the child to develop their gross and fine motor skills by moving, dancing or even playing musical instruments.

If you are a water sports fan or you prefer a lower impact class, you have to try this one!

Combines all the usual fun ingredients of any Zumba class type with all the hydro gymnastics benefits.

This type of aerobic exercise is extremely beneficial. The word aerobic denotes the presence of oxygen, that is what aerobic means, – you will breathe faster and deeply which will maximize the amount of oxygen in your blood and your heart will beat faster which will increase the blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs.

Well in this class you will have a partner! Yes! It is a chair! We all know how sensual Zumba is, now imagine it with a chair!

Sentao is a superb class; not only does it have all the benefits of a cardio workout but it also has the benefits of the toning class, enabling you to work your entire body as it is a full body work out programme.

You will perform on a chair, tricep dips, push-ups, leg lifts, lots of abdominal crunches amongst other exercises and of course, it is Zumba we are talking about, so it will be a lot of dancing as well!

Zumba In the Circuit


This type of Zumba class was created in partnership with the well-known “Curves “, which is a world leader in women’s health and fitness.

Curves has special resistance equipment spread out in a circle. In between the equipment there are the recovery stations, which is the cardio portion of your class and that is where Zumba comes in.

Each set lasts 30 seconds. The whole session is 30 minutes long.

Zumba Step


And just when we think that Zumba has it all, it can surprise us even more with the new sensation class; Zumba Step is the newest type of Zumba class!
